This isn't a role for the faint of heart–you'll face rigorous assessments to prove you're among the best. But if you succeed, you'll be an integral part of shaping our success story.
What will you be doing as our Commercial Manager?
Become the architect of our commercial management and control systems.
Implement robust processes to proactively identify and mitigate challenges.
Lead the charge on our Bid Review process, optimising deals, and safeguarding financial performance.
Chair the weekly Commercial Bid Review Meeting, advising on commercials, invoicing, and challenges.
Review commercial contracts, ensure favorable terms, and ensure rock-solid legal compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to optimise revenue and achieve our strategic goals.
Your profile
What are we looking for in a Commercial Manager:
5+ years of proven experience in commercial management, ideally within software or telecoms.
A financial background, demonstrated through education or work experience in financial analysis.
A keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to commercial best practices.
Passionate about continuous improvement and finding innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Strong customer focus and a collaborative team spirit.
