What will you be doing as a Programme Manager?
As a Programme Manager at Openmind Networks, you will lead our portfolio of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing and developing a team of project managers. You will be instrumental in driving company growth by achieving financial targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring project success across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of a global portfolio of technology projects, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing expectations and building strong, lasting relationships. Your exceptional client-facing skills will be critical in securing project satisfaction and client retention.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment that drives successful project outcomes.
Oversee the financial performance of all projects, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and budget management. Your role is crucial in maintaining financial discipline while achieving revenue and invoicing targets.
Engage with customers continuously, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are met at every stage of the project. Your focus on customer satisfaction will contribute to the long-term success of both the projects and the client relationship.
Analyse project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve processes. Support pre-contract sales activities and contribute to reducing Lead to Cash timelines.
